Insurance Investigator
Marion began her career conducting surveillance and investigations in matters of bodily injury. Her work included background investigations, testifying in Worker's Compensation Hearings and Liability Trials, and training fellow investigators in investigative skills and procedures. She investigated claims involving Worker's Compensation, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, and Eligibility Claims — gaining deep expertise in interviewing and obtaining written statements. This foundation built the meticulous, evidence-first methodology she applies to every case today.
10 Years
Special Investigator — Pennsylvania Office of Inspector General
Marion spent a decade as a Special Investigator for the Pennsylvania OIG, investigating fraud, waste, abuse, and misconduct in executive agencies under the governor's jurisdiction. She gained considerable experience conducting background investigations for employment positions with access to highly sensitive data and information — knowledge that now directly benefits her private clients. Investigated fraud, waste, and abuse at the state level — experience that directly informs every investigation she conducts today.

She is a proud member of the PA Association of Licensed Investigators (PALI) and is currently expanding the team by recruiting licensed investigators to join.
